Robyn Lynch

Robyn is a normal mother of three, balancing the fulfilling and often challenging role of mother, the ever-evolving role of business owner, teacher, retreat organiser and presenter and of course loving wife to her very supportive and loving shift-working Paramedic husband. Robyn feels very blessed to have the support of her family who believe in her passion for healing and teaching others. Robyn also continues to pursue more and more learning in her fields of expertise as an Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Robyn grew up in rural New South Wales. She was a reluctant Yoga practitioner being dragged to classes with the pregnancy of her first child in 1998. Since then her personal experiences around her Yoga practice have seen her become a fully converted Yoga and Ayurvedic practitioner who constantly seeks to further her knowledge and skills.

Robyn is a passionate teacher having started her career path as a Secondary School Teacher in the fields of Nutrition, Design and Physical Health. This passion for teaching is evident in every Yoga class Robyn teaches and even more-so in the retreats, workshops and guest speaking that she does throughout varying venues and communities. She has a gift for sharing knowledge with humour, sincerity and depth.
Robyn’s original Yoga studies were with IYTA (International Yoga Teaching Association) and have continued with various teachers including;

  • Chopra Centre’s Seven Spiritual Laws Of Yoga Teacher Training (California)
  • Shiva Rea – Prana Flow Yoga (California)
  • Nicole Walsh – Inyoga (Australia)
  • Donna Farhi (NZ),
  • Judith Lasater, (California)
  • David Life and Sharon Gannon, Jivamukti Yoga (New York) and
  • Claire Diab (New Jersey).

Her passion for Yoga and overall wellbeing led her to the study of Ayurveda with the AIAS (Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies) run by the most qualified Ayurvedic Dr in Australasia- Dr S. Ajit. Robyn was then drawn to study Ayurveda and Meditation with Dr. Deepak Chopra in Southern California and has attained the coveted status of Vedic Master with the Chopra Centre, qualified to teach Primordial Sound Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws Yoga and the Perfect Health Program.

Robyn believes in Perfect Health for everyone at every age and every stage of their life and continues to further her learning, expanding her knowledge base and experiences to combine the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Eastern traditions with modern science and cultural changes. Robyn believes that there is more need for deep healing today than there ever has been and the teachings of Ayurveda, including daily practices and especially meditation, are more relevant now than ever.
