Robyn Lynch is a Master Yoga Teacher with over a decade of full-time yoga teaching experience.

Robyn will recommend alternative postures for you if you need them. Please remember, it’s YOUR practice — your best teacher resides within you. We ask you to listen to your body and adjust your practice to fit your needs.

Yoga at The Perfect Health Centre aims to assist students to build body awareness through flexibility, balance, toning, and strengthening.

Our yoga upholds the relationship between the body and breath, as well as incorporating meditation to create calmness and stimulate energy.

Our classes are predominantly based on vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga, and some of our classes will target specific areas of the body or ailments in the body.

Our classes are available to everyone regardless of where you are on your yoga journey, from beginner to advanced and all in between.

Our classes are for men and women and promote overall health and well-being in a safe and supported environment.


Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience.


Pop Up Yoga

A pop-up yoga class is one that is unscheduled and could be in an unusual place. Use your class card, unlimited pass or casual rate at the door. Where will we pop up next?


Please note that we do not run yoga classes on public holidays.
