The treatment uses heated medicated oils applied through a specific process and has achieved great results with those who have not responded to other treatments.
A Basti is 60 minutes long and is most effective in a series of 5 – 10 treatments.
This treatment is the combination of the Abhyanga massage and the Shirodhara. It is the ultimate in relaxation for the body and mind.

The Abhyanga is a 90 minute treatment that increases circulation and creates relaxation.
